Vertical Ventures Inc. (V2) has been facilitating outdoor education groups and leading programs all over the world since 2000. Our staff bring over 25 years of experience in guiding and facilitating all ages of participants and adventures. Our primary focus is to provide emotionally and physically safe opportunities for people to explore themselves and the outdoors. V2 is slightly unique, in that we are not a performance based company; we are an experiential based company. We believe the outdoors provide limitless metaphors applicable to all parts of our lives. Each summit we attempt in the outdoors is merely a mirror to those we attempt in our daily routines. It is the experience of each step, which teaches us the necessary tools, to not only attempt these summits, but to actually recognize the summit when we have gained it. Our philosophy is simple; Experience is the best teacher. Through experience we can learn. Through learning we can grow. Through growth anything is possible.

Though all of the above remains true, and V2 will continue to offer recreational programs, we invite you to join us as we begin yet another adventure ourselves. Beginning in 2011, V2 will be introducing our own exciting and alternative brand of therapeutic experience. For many years, we have witnessed first hand the healing value of the natural world, combined with movement. At V2, we believe each of us face many mountains every day. We also believe very literally that one step at a time, we can climb any mountain, be it metaphorical or literal. Over the years we have realized the intrinsic value of such tools as climbing and mountaineering to bring us closer to ourselves, and our own opportunities for growth. "Talk therapy," has been a valuable tool for many individuals, and indeed many individuals have found truly important significance in traditional therapeutic models. If inside of you lives an explorer, or adventurer at heart, someone who learns more profoundly through literal experience, our alternative therapeutic approach may be for you. V2 is a custom company built on the understanding that no two people are the same, nor do they experience events or moments the exact same way. We want to create the experience you are looking for, be it strictly recreational or therapeutic in nature. The following is a sample of destinations we work regularly in.
